My Relationship no is 1165500860. i am Pvt Ltd Co. having NIne Number under above RN.
on connection time, Rs 199/- Monthly was activated. But AIRTEL suddenly changes plan from Rs.199/- to 899/- without any pre-confirmation on email and on a written letter.
every time customer team saying in next Bill it will reduce, and all plan of Rs 199/- hasbeen closed.
But the irony is that 3 numbers are activated below Rs 199/- Plan.
AIRTEL look inti the matter, otherwise I will go to Hon’ble Court.
