Loan is transfered account directly after verification with out confirming and saga pocket did mention the loan tenure and about interest or charges.
Loan they provided is 2750 and they want me to repay the amount of 5000 so i contacted customer care. Even the customer care is fraud. They told transfer the amount of 2750 the loan will be cancelled and upi id provided by them is their personal upi id after transfer amount they asking me pay extra 2250 to close the loan. I asked why so the customer care was abusive and using all bad words and harassing. Giving threat like 16 th baad deklu ga and all. This the reason I am complaining.
