Problem: False information given. Submitted a loan application for 10,000 loan to check how much I am eligible for. After submitting the application with 10000/- as loan amount it became 2500. No breakdown given for any fees and now it seems the money is credited in my account. Only 1500/- 2 times without taking my consent and now asking to repay 2500/- 2 times. They made two transfers of 1500/-each and now asking me to pay 2500/- for each application. No consent taken.I already paid 1125/- as a deferred amount but still it shows that I have to pay 2500/- No terms and conditions were shown or accepted. How is this possible. Please help
