I was just checking wheter I was eligible for a loan and they initally showed that I would get 20,000 loan with 30 days tenure and 0.025% per day interest. But then they proceed 2 loans of 3000 and 3500 and then another of 3500, out of witch they deducted 1200 for 3000 loan and 1400 for 3500 (twice) and sent money to my account. I was not informed of these charges and did not apply for 3 seperate loan, I didn’t apply for even one loan. I Sent multiple emails and text in the application customer support. But there is no response.
I am willing to pay the mentioned interest rate for the amount disbursed even though I didn’t ask for it, but I will not bear these type of unfair processing fees. They have my contacts and personal details which they fetched from my phone and they might use that to blackmail me in order to bear this unreasonable and unfair fees. The fee is more than 30% of the loan amount, I don’t think this is legal, Specially as no processing fees or charges are mentioned.
