I borrowed 3000 for which they were telling me to give it after 7 days 6000 rs. Which was not mentioned in the app. I immediately refunded the 3000 after talking to helpline no loanclose96@ibl in banking name of Sunita bag.
Then he said me to download ring app from which he told me to scan the code and send 3000 again to settle down the account and reflect it in the app to close the account.
I did that now he took 3000 rs from that also. Kindly help me
