Dear sir,
Here I would like to complain on compromised safety measures and poor maintianance in Aditya theatre, khammam. On April 17, 9.30 pm show I went to watch KGF2 but could not finish as it as too suffocating and also I did not feel safe. I had leave without compmeting the movie.
1. The theatre occupancy is about 900 people. The air cooling system is not effective, even they themselves mention that. Despite of that they charge multiplex rates.
2. No appropriate ventilation serving the whole hall, 900 people sitting for 2 to 3 hours is really suffogating in this theatre.
3. The exits are blocked by the vehicles, as the management force people to park at the exits/entrance. In case of emergency evacuation in full capacity is impossible out of the building.
4. Their operation practices also scary, the close the side doors and lock them outside using s-type hooks, which is very scary. In case of emergency we can not open them as quickly as it should be.
5. There are mosquitoes i side theatre especially a huge number at the centre of the hall where air doesn’t come.
6. The seats and seat covers are muddy. Toilets are horrible.
7. The amount of 240 (for movie)+ 20 (parking fee) is too high for this theatre standards.
7. Management is very rude and careless. They simply said on my face I can not do anything to them. But there is a consumer court that I can go and complain and hope for the best.
I am not sure whehter this theatre really got all safety clearnaces passed to serve 900 people in its full capacity.
I have also seen a similar complaint posted last month. But unfortunately I have to face a similar problem again with intense negligence from theatre management. There are many people suffefaced with this theatre as well.
Hope some actions would be taken on Aditya theatre (also known as KPS theatre), Khammam, Telangana.
