The Invoice guy (fraud guy from Hyderabad) – 8920700569
I contacted SafeExpressCarTransport to get a quote on transporting my car Maruti S-presso from Dhanbad to Noida. They gave me a quote of 8000/-. But after taking the car and right before delivery they sent me an invoice of 21000/-.The marketing guy stopped picking my call and didn’t respond and nobody gave me the status of my car. When I asked them about the increased amount, they denied commuting to the 8000/- amount initially agreed upon. Later they started asking for an online transfer of the money and then only I will get the car. They denied the request of sharing any photo or location where I can pick up the car and then make the 21000/- payment. After payment, the invoice guy stopped picking up my call and didn’t share the delivery location/warehouse.
This is a fraudulent company and the marketing guy Rahul is a fraud man he just makes people fool. I highly discourage anyone from using this company for transportation needs. Also, request the consumer forum to take action against them. I had to track myself, luckily, I got my car today. As per the transport people who helped me today, this company steal the car after taking money or don’t share the car delivery location and this same has happened to me, but thanks to one of the Truck drivers who helped me. They even stole my car key ring which was a costly one.
