This is to inform you this above said number has been put in safe custody on 30th Jan, 2020. by paying charges rs200 against receipt no 01534483163403
Also we paid full bill amount for rs 400/- on that very day against receipt no 01534483162608
But after some days we came to know that number was not under safe custody
We complained at your customer care centre regarding this many times, but couldn’t get proper reply
Complaints numbers we registered as follows

Complaint against store where the bill amount and safe custody  amount are paid as follows
1. 31-2882158949273

We didn’t get any response against these complaints till today
Please do let us know the status of this mobile number and what has been done against these complaints
