Text of Complaint by SUBHASH CHAND:

Airtel DTH customer care is responding neither through website/app nor through any customer care nos. provided on the internet. I placed a request for keeping my DTH account (3022574628) in safe custody for a period of 30 Days (max allowed) w.e.f. 01 May 2020, but the request is not honoured till date. Also, there is no response from Airtel except the auto acknowledgement of the email through system.
