I have taken a broadband connection with Airtel on March 15 by paying full amount in advance and in September 15 i have opted for a renewal, afterwards i had to relocate to a different place in Bangalore and raised a connection relocation request on sept 29 which was supposedly to be completed by oct 2 which has not happened, hence on oct 6th i have requested for connection termination and refund amount, initially i have been promised a whole refund amount of 6545, but with time i was told i will be given only 5545 as prorated refund, from oct 6 – feb 14, i had gotten in touch with airtel a lot of times but i had no result, everytime i will be told a new story, and finally when i escalated things on jan 6, i have been replied on a mail saying a “NEFT transaction is initiated and will be processed in 15 days” i have contacted them today on feb 14, asking for the status and they reply me saying a refund has been initiated through cheque on nov 27, and to initiate another refund i need to send my bank statement from nov 27th to till date and wait for another 15 days,
This is a pure sadistic behaviour by a giant company on a common man, i am being mentally tortured by airtel for the amount they have to pay and also a compensation for wasting my time to pay my own money. My case id: 126306128
Please help me out, the amount will help me in paying my rent
