Ek din mujhe call aaya nobel bright solution se kisi Lisa Patel lady ki taraf se +917211120646 number se 1st november 2020 , Sunday ke din dopahar 14:55 se 17:50 ke bichh 09 whatsapp call .

  1. unhone bataya part time work from home job hain . jo ki United State of America base kisi company ka loan related form se kuchh details (jaise ki naam, address, contact number ,salary od unique code ) picture image se word mea type karna hain . 700 form ka 7 days ke bhitar. Jiske liye appko har ek form ka ₹20 milega . yani ki 700*20=14000.

Jisme 10% mistake tak app ko full payment milega . yani ki 630 correct hona chahiye .

Iske liye nobel bright solution 4720 charge karta hain registration fees. Jo appko pahle pay nehi karna parta hain . appke final pay se deduct ho jayega .

Main jab aasan kam isiliye agree hua ,tab unhone mera aadhar card copy liya or mujhe agreement send kiya . jisme mera address bagaira hain par unka naam ke aalaba kuchh nehi hain .

Mujhe verification ke naam se +916359212370 isi number call aaya tha 01/11/2020 ke din 15:30 se 15:41 ke bichh.

Uske baad Unhone mujhe login id password send kiya . jiska password main turant baad me reset kar liya tha .

Uske baad unki taraf se mail aaye or jisme helpline number dia hua hain 909901946.

Next day mujhe +919825997307 call bhi aaya or pucha gaya login ke bare mea .

Itna sab process mea main unko hamesha pucha sabse ki app hume payment kaise karenge ? Uska fetails too hume bataye . par unhone bole final submission ke baad ,2 din baad quality chechak report ke baad appko company se call aayega ki app payment kaise loge ? Ki online or cheque ?

Iske baad main before time sab work khatam karke 700 form 2 times check karke submit kiya .

Submit ki waqt PDF file download hojata hain ,jo appko nobel bright solution ke email id pe mail karna rahta hain .

Main sumit se pahle 700 page ki 2nd time check karne ke baad screenshot liya or uske baad final submission kiya . PDF file download hone ke baad bhi open nehi ho raha tha kui ki woo pasword protected tha. Too mail nobel bright solution ke email id – ff.help04@gmail.com pe mail kar dia .

Uske 2 din baad mujhe PDF open ka password aaya . or uske 1or 2 days ke baad Quality Check report aaya ki app ka work error hain or appko 4720 pay karna hain . jo page unhone dikhaya hain wo bhi ekdam sahi tha . main uska bhi screen shot capture karke rakhkha hu.

Uske baad mujhe ek mail aaya 10/11/2020 ki Adv. Rahul Krishnan ke naam se. Jinka number 9727974857 hain . unka mail aisa tha jo main niche de raha hu copy pest karke
(I, Adv.RAHUL KRISHNAN , on behalf of my client,NOBEL BRIGH, do hereby send you this afore said email in order to intimate you as here under that:

  1. You decided to engage in the work of data entry operation with my client and as a part of the mandatory process, you signed an express agreement agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

  2. You received practical demo of the Work that you are supposed to provide to my client. You also received a user Id and password which was sent to you by my client on your registered Email ID. You agreed to follow all the process both orally as well as in written with my client. Owing to the said express agreement made by you, you are liable to pay up Utility and Maintenance charges to my client. Once the said payment is made, you shall receive an NOC certificate within 45 minutes of the payment to my client.

  3. As per Sec.14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and also the Indian Contract Act, you are bound by the terms of agreement and thereby liable to pay the mandatory charges at the earliest.

Dear saptarshi nantu podder ,
We have received your file from Noble Bright Solution and your case due to the clearance and found that still your Arbitration Process has been pending if you want to clear your section on you then kindly pay the fee Rs.78,500/- and clear your case after your file will be close and you will get the clearance letter from the company side or we need to forward your file to send for the legal action in delhi arbitrary court.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.

Ant mea main inke khilaf enquaries karke ,kadi ke kadi saja ka apeksha karta hu.
