Text of Complaint by Anand Navale:

Summary of my situation –

April 2022 – Picked up my new Bike from the Revolt Andheri Showroom
August 2022 – Failure of controller/accelerator – Bike used to accelerate on its own without any throttle input. – August 2022
July 2023 – Failure of Immobilizer
September 2023 – Failure of controller/accelerator – Bike used to accelerate on its own without any throttle input.
20th October 2023 – I went to the Andheri service center, paid for the lock set (as my mobiliser isn’t working, crashed 15 days after the 4200 Rs. hardware upgrade) and an indicator, took it to the Dombivali service center (as my bike is in thier workshop) like a delivery person. Got my bike repaired and took it home.
28th October 2023 – After a week and 150 KMs of driving the bike, it started jerking again and accelerating on its own.

I am tired and fed up with all the faults in the bike. I have absolutely lost trust in Revolt and the RattanIndia Group. I would like to have refund for my bike, and am not not even interested in an exchange for a new one. Someone has to fight so much for a service that they have paid 1.3 Lakhs for is just utterly shameful.

Upon Emailing on [email protected] all they (their bots) respond with is “Please allow a couple of more days for your issue to be resolved.” and never personally get in touch with you.
