Text of Complaint by Shubham Kumar:
Downloaded the app just to see the rates & charges but without my approval they disbursed the loan amount. They are charging a very high processing fees ( not in line with RBI recommendation). Ex If I have taken a loan of 2000, they have transferred only 1200 & asking to repay for 2014 within 6 days. Agreement letter also does not have any clear picture of the charges that they are charging. Its vague. Now they are harassing & blackmailing me to repay the full amount by the virtue of coercion. They are threatening to defame me by using my personal pictures & contact lists. They have got access to my personal data
