Dear sir,
I have taken a loan from Rupeeway as on 12th July and same day I have done the payment of 1000 Rs against 2014 pending amount which will be over due as on 18th July ,but as per system it’s still showing 2014/-Rs pending and there is no customer care no mentioned in app even they are no reply on mails also . My concern is that 18th July if I paid complete balance amount to him 1014/- Rs then it will also not adjust and they will start the harassment for repayment. Kindly look into this and help me to avoid damage in my cibil .
