These app has done fraud to many customers just like me. I had installed the app toh check for my loan eligibility but they asked for documents. After providing them details without my consent they disbursed the loan amount in my account with higher interest rate. I was amazed when I got a message from rupeeway regarding the disbursed amount. I tried contacting customer care but couldn’t find it. Even I had dropped a mail to rupeewaycs01@outlook.com regarding the same. But still didn’t get any help from them. I am ready to return the approval amount which is 1200 but I don’t know how to connect to customer care executive.
I should file an FIR to nearby police station regarding them and also I have all the evidence with me regarding the same.
P.s – They didn’t ask permission for loan disbursement and while checking eligibility they disbursed the amount with higher interest rate which is an criminal offense.
