Dear sir,
I have taken a loan from Rupeeway as on 14th July and same day I have done the payment of 2014 Rs against 2000 rs pending amount which will be over due as on 20th July ,but as per system it’s still showing 2014/-Rs pending and there is no customer care no mentioned in app even they are no reply on mails also . They will start the harassment for repayment. Kindly look into this and help me to avoid damage in my cibil score.
