Dear sir/madam,
I have take a loan from rupeeredee and its paid and i have the screenshot and also a mail from rupeeredee that my loan is closed, but still ECS is active and my account is going in minus, i send the mail to rupeeredee, but its useless, they say if the balance is not maintained in the account then ECS will bounce, i don’t what amount rupeeredee is asking me as loan is already closed, please help me.
