I’ve taken a loan from Rupeelend and funding was provide by I2I, I was hospitalized and couldn’t pay the first emi and they’ve asked to pay my full amount back when my actual 2nd emi is due. No consideration of medical emergency at all, the head of collections Vishwa Vijay is also very rude and they keep sending recovery agents at doorstep to harass. This company is going against RBI guidelines of recovery agents and using coercive language and threatening the customers for repayment. They don’t even have a grievnaces team and when I spoke to i2i grievances team who I have actually signed loan agreement with, they simply forwarded the case to rupeelend again. Please help me resolve this issues as its mentally very straining and I’ve just recovered from a critical illness.
