DEAR SIR,
My name is akhil Kapoor and my registered mobile number is 8178662766. I want to file a complaint against Rupeelend Financial (Sabharwal Finance and Estates Private Limited) . These guys, especially the collection manager name is abhishek singh mob : 09821694819 from rupeelend call me and my family member to repay the loan amount. i request them to will make ur payment and offer for repay the loan in easy EMI but they call to my family members and using abused and bad language with them and threatening to me on call and on whatsapp. 3-4 days before one of the collection executive come to my office and asked for money and i request them to make ur payment ASAP but they still calling me and my family members again and again. Now they send mail again and again to my director in my office and ask them to refund the money. and i got notice because of the rupeelend executive. They sent their executive every alternate day and they created a full dramd in front of my office colleagues.I also requested them that I will make ur payment as i arrange the fund but still they don’t understand and make calls and mails again and again and threaten to take legal action against me.
I request u take strict action against rupeelend because so many people are threatened by them like me…
its a registered NBFC but for collection its not a legal way to call and harassed the people like they did everyday.
its a request to you, please take strict action against rupeeland.
