rupeek informed me to pay the renewal amount I have paid the renewal amount and waiting for well renewal to happen one fine day they auctioned my gold without telling me I sent 100 emails still there is no revert I have called recordings of all Rupeek fraudsters all this happened in the year 2022 march
on Sept 20th, 2023 I got a call saying there was an excess amount of 33000 rs, I got this call after 18 months, I asked them to update my address they are saying that option is not available, I have asked them to send the notices that they have already send to the wrong address, they are telling that is not possible, one guy has called and telling 12000 rs is some component amount they will take that amount, till now I don’t have any clarity about that loan, they don’t respond to emails,calls till not i don’t know what happen to my gold, even after taking renewal amount i have lost my gold
