I have taken gold loan with rupeek. Till now i have faced lot of challanges. Last i have paid some amount for partial release. They told 3 working days for loan updation. Till now 5 working days are completed. My loan was not updated and i couodnt aboebto close loan. I have a function. In a rituals and emergency conditions also they are not released my gold and i suffer a lot in differant scenarios. One time have paid amount and due to technical issues, i stayed in bank from 10:30.am to 05:30.pm. Marketing people are telling very nice but all are fraud people. There is no proper guidelines and customer support.
