Dear Sir/Mam
I am writing this complaint against to Rupee112 (Solomon Capital Limited), I have got chance to approach them before my due date and requested for time but it’s pure hard luck and have to face calls and harassment from Rupee112 collection agents. I have utilised 70k and with interest it’s 95,200. I requested team to offer settlement or to convert my outstanding dues to EMI. They are not accepting both the requests.
Reason for my unpaid dues is because of my health and financial issues. I am already in so much of trouble and pressure at this moment. Whereas I tried to raise a complaint on RBI Ombudsman but it’s directly closing the case without investigation.
I request someone to help me on this regard to come out from this situation.
