I took loan of Rs. 80000/- on 31st Jan, 2025. The last due date of payment was 05th March, 2025. I repaid the loan amount with interest due on 03rd Mar, 2025 and was confirmed by their agents over phone. However till date, even after multiple follow-ups they are not providing the NOC and their website is showing the loan account as active with penalty piling up. This is likely to impact my Cibil badly. Inspite of writing emails to them and complaining over phone, I see no action on their side. Besides I keep getting automated calls and emails asking to repay in order to close the loan. This is harassment to the core. Attaching the payment summary for your reference.
