I am XYZ customer took pay day loan from RUpee112 , So they provided me loan of Rs 35k and once the month passed i told them that i wont be able to pay the amount due to some financial crises and because of that they refused to accept my problems & on the Repayment date there collection team continuesly messaging me and harrassing my family members, not even this they sent some images to my family members . They have raised the heights of vulgarity.
I request to indian judiciary system to close the pay day loan company permanently because of them most of the indian’s have committed suicide.

First thing first, when you start communicating them, keep everything in writing, be it on whatsapp, or email, dont accept whatsapp calls, only normal calls and record them, because these agents are not certified agents, and they make mistake and say things which they are not allowed to say, as per the RBI guidelines. Once you have that on record, first send a mail to their greivance team, if they not respond send the screenshot of mail on to the person you are chatting over whatsapp, whatever they respond will be saved as their reply. They try to intimidate you considering you will not take any action, and make fun of RBI guidelines.
Once you have that on record, lodge a complain to RBI portal, considering their response to email screen shot on chat as their reply. First step is to file an RBI complain without waiting for 30days period. and share the complain copy over mail and also to the person you are in contact with on chat. If they dont stop even after that Lodge a written complain to RBI CPC, and all the concerned authourities you can find out.
Though after 1st step they usually reffrain from calling to your contacts.
And one important point – the moment they start harrasing or intimadating you over chat or call, ask their DRA certificate, and keep that in writing. and stick to the DRA of the person you are chatting with no other person. Usually they dont have DRA certified agents so that will also stop them.
Though their are couple of companies who are small but also RBI registered, find a way but majority of them will back off the moment you start following these steps.
