Sir/Madam I had taken loan on 19th April, which I paid on 24th April through phonepay but payment is pending and payment from my account The payment got debited from my account, if I complained, the process took a lot of time due to which the loan was being overdue and then rupeeway There was a call from customer care that you make the payment, your refund will come but I also made the payment and also got confirmation from the bank that your The payment has been credited to the lender’s account, I then took the loan and told that they did the same and I did not get my refund.Before this you refund my payment or take the same payment in my loan amount, I will not pay before this until its resolution is not received Kindly and think about my payment and refund or less in loan.
