Received a message in whats up that i have taken loan and have to pay i dont even know about this application

Rupee tap is an application downloaded from Google playstore which is providing loans to the customer I am also downloaded the app and after completion of process they send me the payment page to pay a nominal charge of Rupees 683 for the further process for taking loan of 80000 I paid the amount but after payment they didn’t provided the money from their rupee tap app. They used to fraud me kindly help me in providing the deducted amount from the fraud app.
