Sir,
i borrowed loan amount of Rs. 5000/-
from SMART RUPEE application on 27th MARCH 2023 and my repayment date is 2 APRIL 2023 .
yesterday ( 1st April) i have Somany calls are coming from Unknown numbers and know numbers for Repayment . They have my Loan application details . But i can’t repay because of The main reason was my Last date is 2nd April . another reason is ihave only 4890 /- in my account. not Disclose my account balance with any one. They give after discount to pay 4000 /- Final amount to close the loan . Accordingly i sent money through Google pay at given UPI ID .
after the payment . that person told me that your discount time already gone and requested that pay 1000 /- rupees also ( Total of Rs. 5000/- ) .Today i payed 1000 rs more . But Account statement not closed .
So, i need to complaint againest rupee smart application for spam app
