I have applied for the loan via Cash Advance App. Initially the app provided 180 days to return the loan amount. But after a week, they started to call and text to return the money. Even though I have returned all the loan money and extra amount on top of that, they are still asking for money. They use abusive language on call, text. They threaten me and in every person in my contact list. I am unaware how they even got my contact list from my phone. They use my information to abuse me and my family. This is serious issue tarnishing my image. Please consider my complaint and help me. Please please suggest how to get out of this situation. And Please take some legal action against these fraud Apps who make people’s life miserable and lead them to depression and obloquy. I only hope this would not happen to anyone else.
