Dear Sir
Rcently i have taken a loan of 3300 with services charge of 2200 total i hava to pay 5500 on 19-04-2022, although today is 18th april prerior to one day i am getting threat calls and messages from the Rupeebox with different numbes mentioned as collection department.
there is only one option in that option to clear my loan ios UPI. i have tried to pay but got an payment declained. ” the person you are trying to make the payment to has already received maximum number of payments allowed by their bank in 24 hours “(attached reference screen shot) i have informend the same to collection person who is in touch with me for payment. later they have shared me a upi id to pay the emi, and i have paid using the same and shared screenshot of sucessfull payment along with the UTR id. even after showing the recept of successful payment she is asking me to do payment again as my payment is struct.
were i can see im my phonepay history it is sucessful payment, they are asking me to send amount again. and harassing me for the payment again even after i paid
