I have applied loan in rupee balance online they first said to pay security deposit i paid then they said to pay loan charges 1500 rs i paid 4500 rs on dec 4 2022 then again they said me to pay gst charges 10000rs. After that they said Account number wrong you need to pay extra 20000 we will pay total amount like said. After paying this is huge amount loan can not disburse please pay additional penalty charges 20000 asking. I stop the paying and asking money refund, still they are not responding and they they are given Aadhhar card of some person. i stopped and not paid they said money will get refunded in one week when i said i dont want loan but they never refunded please help.
