I was in a very need of money in that time Rupee Balance was appeared I tried it shows less interest Iapplied for Rs.100000 cash loan from Rupee online loan app they have collected all my kyc details and phone numbers to approve the loan .Loan amount approved by them and also took sign on agreement letter but not a single rupee transferred to my bank account as they said it will be transferred within 30-60min. They we see a WhatsApp symbol it’s redirect to customer care. So I contacted them on their given WhatsApp number but they didn’t replied for any questions I asked but they told me to click on the Become member, if we click that button it shows pay money of 1500, I didnt payed. I asked her how to withdraw the application but she repeatedly told press on th become member that’s it. They didn’t respond on other queries. Now, I want all my kyc details and my contact numbers to be cleared from that app and its history should not affect on my future banking as well as on personal life of me and my family. Please Consider my request.
