Earlier on 1st October I took one loan offer of Rs.5000/- from Rupay key app, they provide multiple offers such as Candy Loan, Rapid Loan, Giant Pay etc. I have selected one offer from Rupay Key but while crediting the loan amount to my account they credited multiple loan amount. I thought I have by mistaken selected the all offers So I have paid all the loan amount .
But after I paid the amount, they credited me the same offer by increasing the loan amount. and this was done without my consent.
My concern is that when you select one offer why they credited their other offers too and it is done without the consent of the customer.
Why should customer pay the amount.
Kindly guide us on the same.
