Hai,
I taken loan from rupayekey app first time 1800 then with intrest i return 3000rs. Second time I don’t want but they disbursed without my concern as2700, now they asked for return. This time also i returned 4950 with intrest of 2 days penalties. I submitted the payment details also to this app. They didn’t update in app. Day by day the penalties have been added and total amount has been increased. Till now I return twice but they didn’t accept. Still the loan is pending on app so again I have to paid.
So now am contacting crime branch for this frauds.
And the app services also very bad there is help line contact number and only the i got in app. I written mails also about facing issues they didn’t respond on my mails. I wrote around 40 mails i get reply only 4 times that too without correct answer. Still am getting What’sApp msg from new numbers from other countries codes. They harassing customers and they black mailing your profile and photos upload in social media for scamming like that they harassing.
Every day i getting calls and msgs with new numbers. I saved all the number and msgs conversations happening between me and them. Plz help on this.
They target poor people particularly. And plz try to help to return money which is paid extra charges and penalties.
And suggest me where I have to go to complain. Now am in Bangalore. Plz give me contact and adress of crime branch.
