i am rummyculture customer . mobile number 9940028866. mail id: thelegender.ali@gmail.com. i played 1000 rupees 201 pool game on 12th november 2021. i didnt cheat them but they are saying i cheated them fair play etc etc.. i need to complaint about this. they blocked my mobile number also. i asked full details of the game i played. they didnt reply for that. today morning i received msg from them they taken money 3960 winning amount and penalty amount of 1000 rupees.
