I have been playing on this platform for more than 2years except for the time when it online games were banned in Karnataka. Had lost 10k on Monday Jan 3rd night and then added 5k and had won close to 4k.Suddenly my account is blocked on Tuesday morning and I was not allowed to play games on platform or withdraw my winnings. They are claiming there was fair play violation without providing proper details. When I raised ticket, it will take 180 days to complete their investigation and then will decide.

Just mail them to open maybe they can open after 10 days. The you can withdraw. Otherwise wait for 180 days. Once withdrawal your amount never ever play on this.
