I had withdrawn rs 1500 from rummy ola on 30 june2023 but till date i didn’t recieve that in my bank account after contacting the customer service they provided me some utr no which i shared with my bank branch and they clarified me that tge transaction has been failed due to some issues and tge amount has been sent back to vaishnavi services account from where it was to be transferred while sharing this feed back with game customer service they are totally misleading bu repeating single message that thr money has been credited to your bank account so we can’t refund it …
Now I don’t no what to do i am frustrated
