Rummy Glee is online gaming app, I won around INR 4760/- and withdrawn the amount via UPI payment gateway. However, it has been 27 days but the amount has yet not been received also they say we have successfully transferred the amount but it has not reached. They are not resolving my issue. I contacted to the bank costumer care and they are saying that no such amout is credited or panding on my acount. I contacted their customer care but they are not even sharing with me the transaction ID for the payment, I want the amount either to be transferred to my bank account or to my game wallet
