Rummy Glee is online gaming app, I won around INR 5014 and withdrawn the amount via UPI payment gateway. However, it has been 3 days but the amount has yet not been received also they say we have successfully transferred the amount but it has not reached. They are not resolving my issue. I contacted their customer care but they are not even sharing with me the transaction ID for the payment, I want the amount either to be transferred to my bank account or to my game wallet
