All of a sudden my rummy circle account got block. though, I haven’t even tried to cheat or play against rule. When I contacted customer care 2 year back they asked me to register with new mobile number, I didn’t considered.
Later this month I registered with new number and updated kyc, I was able add amount and play cash game later again the new acc blocked saying duplicate acc created, I explained al the scenario but acc was not unblock and at the same time my money 2180 rupees was in wallet. Which was unable to withdraw. When I raised concerns there is no proper answer.
