I played rummy games on rummycircle using my new account because i lost my old account id and password ,when i go to kyc section and upload my aadhar details they suspend my new account and transfered all my earnings to my old account which is forgotten by me and then i asked them about old account details they said you have to send mail from registered mail id as i already told them that i forget which mail id is registered with my old account but they deny to help me
