I booked a honeymoon package for my brother on 13 Jul 2021 with makemytrip. They booked gandola ride in Gulmarg on the holiday and gave lot of pain to accept the claim. They made the travellers wait there for the complete day ended up wasting their day there..traveller missed the main attraction of glacier’s view.
secondly, poor coordination by ms shalini (Service centre leader), guests kept waiting for her promised revert to arrange an alternate on an organize trip. but the whole day she didn’t get back to them wasted almost their day and finally they had to stepped out to have horseback riding. she commited for the refund of INR 5000 but then she came up with the vochers thing which is not a resolution to our intrest. final day hotel was again became the pain as the hotel staff made the travellers wait as there was no clarity on the booked rooms. It was a bad and a stressful experience with them. I am now seeking compensation for against poor coordination and response
