I take loan regularly rufilo and repay on time and get again loan..on March 18,03.22my loan repayment date on that exact date I transfer 21155/rupees to rufilo Account number 224037708714844 through iOB imps reference I’d 207706692943…but up-to-date is not updated to rufilo app…and I compalint to them 10 times but not response from rufilo .in my bank side they confirmed beneficiary account amount credited to rufilo…now I lost my amount I don’t know what can I do..and continuously got call from rufilo collection centre and irritate me…I send my bank statement also to them..am not get revised amount…please file my complaint and do the needful
