Sir I always take loan from rufilo and repayment always time to time
But I am poor person
Due to huge amount spent of my wife medical treatment I couldn’t repayment which was as on 16 September 21
Suddenly they charge penalty of 550 rupees
You help how can I will manage so huge penalty
