Rudra Silk’s sent me a bad quality product and when asked for refund they are not responding..this clearly indicate that this is a fraud company……I wish to file a complaint against this company and get my refund back my money as soon as possible

The product I received was totally different and low rated as compared to the one I ordered…..I paid RS.1499 for that fraud product I received…. therefore I request to take severe steps against this company and return all it’s consumer not satisfied with the result their money back.
