I ordered magnetic magenta saree worth 1499/- from Rudra Silk but they sent me completely different colored saree.i tried to contact them through whatsapp messages and calls but they didn’t even reply. I sent many mails but they didn’t respond to it too. To my surprise on 5th or 6th mail I received a mail that you can not send email to this address. I think they removed their address. I was asking replacement for what I ordered magnetic magenta saree or my money back. But now here I can see there are many complaints against them. And the problem is same.
