Sir,i booked this bus on May 14,2022.,from chennai to Sivaganga…i booked one ticket U2 on double bed because I need one ticket for me and my two year baby..the bus driver and cleaner are speaking rudely with bad words to me and forced me to take another one ticket or get down from bus after travelled one hour .i told that please change me to single seat because I need one seat only ,no need to double seat because the bus fair is very high…but the driver scolding me shoutly to me ,my baby is very scared ..sir ths bus also not safe ..this driver and cleaner was take alcohol lightly,i smelled it and tell to other passengers also,they also find it …ths bus is not good for everything ,fan and mobile charge is not working,seat also not comfortable….
The highlight is after my travel i reviewed about this bus in your redbus app but the bus owner deliberately deleted through your staffs only..sir how we trust redbus after this action …i haven’t received any solution from you about my complaint…
