I purchased selective number sim card from jio online store and the worker came to deliver it. He said that it is not available right now and asked for the message which had otp , he falsely entered the otp but I didn’t got my sim card , and online it shows that it’s delivered . It’s been more then 1 week I’m calling him he gives new dates and then do not deliver. On top of that he is rude , do answer properly, he even spoke badly. I tried called authorities but no one picks the call , I wrote mails , I called customer help line number, nobody is answering. Whole jio customer care is bullshit , nobody is willing to give answer.
