Sir, i am a long time satisfied Airtel sim card user. I would like to lodge a complaint against your staff at the reception stationed at Airtel main office in Tuikual, Aizawl, Mizoram. Today, the 14th of August 2020, i went there between 3:30-4:30 pm with my friend, inquiring how to change my mother’s airtel sim card to micro sim card since she has a new 4G enabled smart phone. There were two staff members and a security guard dozing on a chair. The lady sittinging there, and the security guard immediately started acting very rudely,even this guard yelled at me and went back dozing off ,j because i didn’t seem to understand some things they said and i asked them again. There was no need to get agitated at my legitimate query. Another man at the desk was somehow moderate.I was shocked, and felt humiliated .In thought such unprofessionalism could be levelled at customers by Airtel employees. I would be glad if you could take strong disciplinary action against the lady and the security guard, whom you can easily identify. 0 I am teaching in a college, and i teach communication skills and other soft skills. I felt that their behavior today greatly betrayed Airtel’s commitment to customer care. Hoping to hear from you with the note that action is taken. Thank you.
