I borrowed 13K and was overdue for a month. The agent informed me that I have to pay PHP 29K?????!!! This loan app violated the BSP Lending Act and Data Privacy. Sobrang unprofessional ang mga demands nila sa loaner nila. Paano pa kami makakabayad? Gusto man namin gawan ng paraan, lalo nila kami nilulubog sa interes nila?
