I ordered 16 pet boxes by AMAZON ( Order reference Order# 407-2673439-3604300) , but received ony 4 pet boxes , I opened the box , verified and asked the delivery boy to take retrun no need 

that boy was behaving rudely over me , he is asking me , who asked you to open , pay money first , i will not take parcel back 

i got little nerves and asked him to take 

he threated me that , if you come out i will beat you 

my question is , is this the value to customer by Amazon ? 

now , people going to fear to buy from those kind of people ,
